1. 18 months Warranty. Buy with confidence (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
3. If item is defective in 1 month, we will shoulder ONE WAY freight and sending you a replacement after receiving returns. Or offer refund (not include freight) after we receive the defective item.
4. If item is defective after 3 months, you still send it back to us, we will send you a replacement after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.
